PassiveLogic is seeking a proactive People Operations Specialist to shape the Amsterdam team’s daily experience and ensure a seamless office operation. You will collaborate with the Operations Manager to support people operations, administration, and culture.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in HR/PeopleOps, strong communication, and a hands-on mindset for processes, payroll, and employee engagement in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in HR, PeopleOps, or Admin roles.
• Exceptional communication skills; ability to connect with people across fields and languages.
• Organized and strategic; comfortable handling confidential information.
• Collaborative mindset with proactive problem-solving and process ownership.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment and willing to iterate.
• Strong problem-solving approach to people, culture, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Shape day-to-day employee experience in the Amsterdam team.
• Support payroll, holidays, reimbursements, benefits, and related admin tasks.
• Maintain and update internal PeopleOps documentation and processes.
• Manage office supplies and workplace environment; coordinate logistics for the team.
