Job summary

B Lab Europe seeks a mission-driven Senior Operations & People Coordinator to support the HQ in Amsterdam and eight European Markets. You will coordinate across Operations, People & Culture, Finance and with Market teams, reporting to the Head of Operations.

The role blends project management with hands-on operations, policy execution and HR analysis. You’ll work across cultures, drive improvements, and help scale our regional hub in a fast-moving, purpose-driven organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience with operations across multiple countries and cultures.
• Familiarity with HR processes, benefits, pensions, and health insurance considerations.
• Strong project management and ability to coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional projects to align operations across Europe.
• Support People & Culture policy development and processes.
• Analyse country-specific operations requirements and propose recommendations.
• Provide administrative and operational support to Finance and People & Culture divisions.
• Identify and implement process improvements within the Operations team.
