Job summary

PassiveLogic is seeking a People Operations Specialist to shape the day-to-day experience of our Amsterdam team. You will partner with the Operations Manager to keep the office running smoothly, while supporting team operations, organization, and culture.

You’ll manage culture initiatives, payroll and benefits administration, and maintain PeopleOps documentation in a fast-growing, onsite environment.

Qualifications

• This role requires 2 years experience in HR, PeopleOps, or Admin roles.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people across fields.
• Organized, strategic, and trusted with confidential information.
• Collaborative, proactive, and able to own processes and direction.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute team events and activities to foster culture.
• Support payroll, benefits, pensions, and other admin tasks.
• Maintain internal PeopleOps documentation and processes.
• Manage office supplies, facilities, and logistics.
