Leat Technologies United Kingdom Ltd is seeking a DACH Partnerships Lead to expand our reach across Spain and LATAM, identifying and securing top-tier technology and solutions partners to accelerate international growth.

You will develop growth strategies for Spanish-speaking partnerships, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure partner success, build a robust pipeline, influence product strategy, and work with marketing to capture new opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in partnerships, account management, or business development.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required; Dutch or another European language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth strategies for Spanish-speaking partnerships across Europe.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure positive partner experiences.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to exceed growth targets.
• Contribute to product strategy and roadmaps based on partner insights.
• Work with marketing to capture new and existing business opportunities.
