Job summary

Transferz is seeking a Partner Success Manager to own a portfolio of strategic global partnerships. You will be the business owner, accountable for success, performance and growth, translating partner ambitions into clear priorities and ensuring commitments are delivered.

You will act as the primary contact for partners, using data to identify risks and opportunities, and collaborating with Supply, Customer Service, Product and Data to improve performance and drive growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Partner Success or enterprise account services.
• Proven track record in growing large B2B partnerships.
• Strong commercial acumen and ownership mindset.
• Analytical with KPIs and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the partnership portfolio with onboarding, rollout, lifecycle management.
• Lead executive reviews and strategic partner meetings.
• Translate partner strategy into clear account plans.
• Monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Product, Supply, Customer Service and Data.
