Job summary

ITProposal is seeking an IT Onsite Support Technician (L2) for backfill and dispatch work across the 's-Hertogenbosch area in the Netherlands. The role is assignment-based, not full-time, with hours varying by client and task.

You will install and troubleshoot Windows/Mac endpoints, laptops, printers and mobile devices, while collaborating with SMEs and remote teams. Availability for travel and flexible scheduling is required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a similar IT onsite/field role.
• Education: MBO/HBO level or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluent Dutch with customer; good English with Service Desk.
• Right to work in the Netherlands; ITIL knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows and Mac end-user devices.
• Support and troubleshoot end-user hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices).
• Provide advanced-level support for complex issues with EUC hardware, software and apps.
• Perform preventive maintenance on devices and software; document requests in incident system.
• Provide onsite hands-and-eyes support to SMEs and travel to client sites as needed.
• Coordinate with remote engineering teams on packaging, distribution and image management.
• Maintain first-class customer service and escalate issues as necessary.
