Job summary

ITProposal is seeking an IT Onsite Support Technician (L2) to cover the Groningen area on a backfill and dispatch basis. This is not a full-time role; work arrives per assignment and is paid per hour or per task, with travel reimbursements where applicable.

You will install, troubleshoot, and support Windows and Mac endpoints, printers, and conferencing equipment, while coordinating with SMEs and remote teams to deliver reliable end-user IT service.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a similar environment.
• Education: relevant MBO/HBO level education or equivalent.
• Fluent Dutch with good-standard English for service delivery.
• Valid right to work in the Netherlands; ITIL knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows and Mac desktops.
• Support and troubleshoot End User Workspace hardware including printers and peripherals.
• Perform general preventative maintenance on devices and software.
• Record, update, and document requests in the IT service desk system.
• Provide onsite hands-and-eyes support for customer/OEM SMEs.
