ITProposal is seeking an IT Onsite Support Technician (L2) for backfill and dispatch assignments in the Zwolle area. This flexible, non full-time role offers project-based work across client sites with hours that vary by assignment.

Ideal candidates understand Windows, Mac, networking basics, and EUC hardware. Roles include travel and per-assignment pay, with travel costs reimbursed under Dutch rules.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-user device support and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Knowledge of common IT service desk processes.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows, Mac and other authorized desktop software/applications.
• Provide hands-on support for EUC hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, conferencing gear).
• Record and document requests in the IT service desk system.
