Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail management experience with a team leadership background.
• Strong coaching abilities to develop the sales team.
• Clear communicator who can articulate expectations and feedback.
• Inspires the store team with energy, pride and motivation.
• Experience with people processes and team development.
• Track record of delivering sales targets and KPIs.
• Good commercial sense and able to manage store activity using in-store systems.
• English proficiency for roles outside the UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team to achieve personal and store KPIs.
• Deputise Store Manager when required and cover absence.
• Oversee the sales floor and maintain a high standard of shop presentation.
• Utilise CSAT insights to improve customer experience and operations.
• Support in store operations and Visual Merchandising to meet standards.
• Upskill team with product knowledge to drive sales.
• Organise and prioritise tasks to meet business needs and protect sales.
• Provide feedback to motivate performance and address issues.
