Clarks in Amsterdam is seeking an experienced Store Senior/Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering commercial targets and leading the sales team. This 32-hour-per-week role focuses on coaching, visual merchandising and great customer service.

You will oversee floor operations, drive sales KPIs, and develop staff to ensure a high performing, engaged store environment. English proficiency is required for this role.

Formación

• Retail management experience with prior team leadership.
• Strong coaching and communication skills.
• Ability to drive sales and meet targets.
• Proficient in Visual Merchandising.
• English language required for roles outside UK and RoI.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate excellent selling behaviours and lead the sales team to hit personal KPIs.
• Support the Store Manager to engage, coach and develop the team to reach sales targets.
• Oversee the sales floor with Floor Control to maintain a great shopping environment.
• Review CSAT insights and implement actions to improve customer experience and store operations.
• Support store operations and Visual Merchandising to deliver retail standards and shopping experience.
• Upskill in product knowledge and educate the team to drive sales.
• Organise tasks to meet business needs while protecting sales and service.
• Provide regular feedback to motivate the team and improve performance.
• Support Store Manager with people issues to avoid escalation.
• Build capability to manage store in the absence of the Store Manager.
