Job summary

CLARK'S is seeking a TEAM LEADER for Batavia Stad Outlet to support the Store Manager in all store operations and lead the sales team to achieve commercial objectives. You will demonstrate excellent selling behaviours, coach and develop the team, drive sales targets, oversee floor operations and ensure a great shopping environment while maintaining visual merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience including leading a team.
• Proven coaching skills and ability to motivate others.
• Clear communicator who can give direction and explain expectations.
• Capable of inspiring pride, energy, and a positive work environment.
• Experience with people processes and team development.
• Record of delivering and exceeding sales targets.
• Organised and proactive with task completion without supervision.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of store profitability.
• Familiarity with store IT systems and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of Visual Merchandising principles.
• English proficiency for roles outside the UK and RoI.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate selling behaviours and lead by example to deliver KPIs.
• Support Store Manager to coach and develop the team to hit sales targets.
• Oversee the sales floor and maintain a great shopping environment.
• Utilise CSAT insights to improve customer experience and store operations.
• Deliver store operations and Visual Merchandising standards.
• Build product knowledge to drive sales through the team.
• Prioritise tasks to meet business needs while protecting sales.
• Provide regular feedback to motivate and improve performance.
• Assist in people management and escalate issues as needed.
• Prepare the store to perform well in the absence of the Store Manager.
