Job summary

Itproposal is urgently seeking Onsite Laptop Migration Technicians to support a large-scale workplace technology project across various locations in the Netherlands. You will perform migrations, install and configure laptops and related IT equipment, and assist users during onboarding.

Travel between project sites is required; a valid Category B driving licence and own reliable transportation are mandatory. Fluency in Dutch and English, plus strong communication skills, are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in onsite IT support or desktop deployment.
• Hands-on laptop migrations in a professional setting.
• Proficient with Windows 10/11.
• Familiar with Microsoft 365 apps.
• Willing to travel across the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Perform laptop and workplace device migrations at client locations.
• Install, configure and deploy laptops and related IT equipment.
• Support users during migration and onboarding.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues.
• Document migrations and report issues.
• Travel between project sites across the Netherlands.
• Follow migration procedures and checklists.
