Job summary

Itproposal is seeking an Onsite Engineer to support a client in Amsterdam. You will provision hardware, image devices with the corporate OS, install Microsoft 365 and Teams, and ensure software updates are applied. You will configure access controls, enroll MFA, and verify VPN connectivity.

Travel to client locations is required according to the calendar. A driving license and professional demeanor are expected as you interact with users with varying technical knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must be proactive and technically skilled onsite engineer.
• Ability to diagnose hardware and software issues with strong customer service.
• Willingness to travel to client locations as per calendar and have a driving license.

Responsibilities

• Provision devices (laptops, monitors, peripherals) and log assets.
• Image devices with corporate OS and install required productivity tools.
• Configure access (VPN, shared drives) and enroll MFA for users.
• Document setups in ServiceNow and ensure devices connect to Wi-Fi and VPN.
