Job summary

ITproposal B.V. is seeking an IT Onsite Support Technician (L2) for the Tilburg area in the Netherlands. This flexible, project-based role involves backfill and dispatch work across client sites with no guaranteed hours.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in IT and hands-on experience with Windows, Mac, SCCM, MDM, VPN and networking. DUT registration and transport to multiple client sites are common aspects of this position.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of IT service experience
• Education: MBO/HBO level or equivalent
• Fluent Dutch with good English for service desk
• Valid right to work in the Netherlands

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows, Mac and standard desktop software
• Install and support EUC hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, AV equipment)
• Perform basic maintenance and document requests in the service desk system
• Provide advanced-level support for complex issues and onsite backfill
