BCIC Swiss GmbH is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join their Best Connect International Company team in the Netherlands on a full-time, onsite basis. You will deliver 1st and 2nd line support to end users, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and assist with Windows and Microsoft Office environments.

The role requires several years of IT user support experience, strong hardware/software knowledge, and the ability to work independently onsite.

Qualifications

Residing in the Netherlands and eligible to work locally
Valid Netherlands work permit/authorization
Fluent in local language and proficient in English
Several years of experience in IT user support or service desk environments
Strong knowledge of IT hardware, software, and troubleshooting
Ability to work independently and professionally in an onsite environment

Responsabilités

Provide 1st and 2nd level onsite IT support to end users
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
Install, configure, and support Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
Support business applications and IT-related user issues
Configure and troubleshoot printers, peripherals, laptops, and desktops
Perform preventive maintenance and basic remedial troubleshooting
Maintain accurate ticket documentation and provide timely status updates
Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors when required
Support network, server, telecom, and other IT environments as needed
