BCIC Swiss GmbH in the Netherlands is seeking an IT Support Specialist for full-time on-site support. You will handle 1st/2nd line IT issues, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity, and install Windows and Office for end users.

The role requires residence in the Netherlands, valid work authorization, and strong English communication. You will work independently in an on-site environment and coordinate with internal teams and vendors as needed.

Qualificações

• Currently residing in Netherlands.
• Valid Netherlands work permit/authorisation.
• Fluent in Local language and good communication skills in English.
• Several years of experience in IT user support or service desk environments.
• Strong knowledge of IT hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently and professionally in an onsite environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1st and 2nd level onsite IT support to end users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and support Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Support business applications and IT-related user issues.
• Configure and troubleshoot printers, peripherals, laptops, and desktops.
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic remedial troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate ticket documentation and provide timely status updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors when required.
• Support network, server, telecom, and other IT environments as needed.
