Job summary

IFS is seeking an IT Operations IT Support Engineer for an onsite role in the Netherlands. You will deliver mid‑level, end‑user support across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms, acting as escalation lead for complex issues.

You will deploy and optimize Apple devices with Jamf Pro and ABM, work with AI tools and workflow automation, mentor colleagues, and participate in cross‑regional projects. Travel to NL offices is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT or computer science.
Strong enterprise macOS support experience including deployment, configuration and security.
Hands-on experience with Jamf Pro, Apple Business Manager, and Intune for device management.
Proficient with Windows and mobile platforms (iOS/Android).
Experience with AI-driven apps and workflow automation tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide expert IT support across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms, onsite and remote.
Lead escalation for complex issues and drive continuous service improvements.
Mentor junior staff and contribute to technical documentation.
Deploy and maintain Apple devices and workflows with Jamf Pro and ABM.
Apply AI tools and automation to accelerate triage and resolution.
