Job summary

BCIC Swiss GmbH is seeking an IT Support Specialist for full-time, on-site work in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The role involves handling first- and second-level customer issues, collaborating with vendors for AV problems, and maintaining clear communication and ticket updates.

Qualifications

• Must have good troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Experience with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Cisco Jabber and printers/hardware is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- or second-level support and resolve customer issues.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for complex AV issues as needed.
• Communicate issue status and resolutions in a timely manner; keep ticket updates.
• Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office, and Cisco Jabber.
