Stafide is seeking a Support Executive to deliver Level 1 and Level 2 onsite IT support in a large enterprise environment in Amsterdam.

You will manage and resolve LAN and Wi‑Fi issues, provide printing support, and assist with hardware deployments and workplace technology installations. You will maintain assets in ServiceNow, handle incidents, and ensure accurate documentation and timely resolutions, while upholding security and compliance standards.

Formación

• 6–8 years of IT support in enterprise environments.
• Onsite IT support experience in enterprise settings.
• ServiceNow experience for incidents and asset management.
• Strong LAN and Wi‑Fi support experience.
• Printer support and troubleshooting knowledge.
• Customer service skills under pressure.
• Understanding of IT security and compliance.
• Experience with hardware deployments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 onsite IT support for workplace incidents.
• Resolve LAN and Wi‑Fi issues and related connectivity problems.
• Provide printer support and troubleshoot printer incidents.
• Assist hardware deployments and workplace technology installations.
• Maintain IT assets in ServiceNow and track incidents.
• Document updates and ensure timely incident resolution.
• Deliver high levels of customer service in high‑pressure situations.
• Follow security, compliance, and IT processes; participate in governance reviews.
• Identify improvements and automation opportunities to boost efficiency.
