Job summary
ITProposal is seeking a Band 2 FSO Engineer/Desktop Support Engineer for our client site in Tilburg, Netherlands. You will provide day-to-day onsite and remote desktop support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and manage incidents in a ticketing system.
The role requires at least 2 years of onsite experience, basic networking knowledge, and fluency in English and Dutch. Applicants must be eligible to work in the Netherlands and willing to work after-hours when required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of onsite desktop support experience.
- Experience using ITSM/ticketing tools in a corporate environment.
- Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-line technical support for end users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and application issues.
- Provide onsite and remote desktop support services.
- Log, track, update, and resolve incidents in the ticketing system.
- Support Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
