Job summary

ITProposal is seeking an IT Onsite Support Engineer to join our team in Zaltbommel, Netherlands. This full-time role involves hands-on end-user support, hardware and software troubleshooting, and Windows device deployment in a fast-paced onsite environment.

The candidate should be fluent in Dutch and English, with 2+ years in IT support, and be based in or near Zaltbommel. ITIL/Microsoft certifications are a plus. Start date 17 August 2026.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of IT onsite/desktop support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and AD/Microsoft Entra ID.
• Familiarity with basic networking and hardware troubleshooting.
• Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, TOPdesk, Jira).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line onsite IT support for end users.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install and support desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Deploy, image, and configure Windows devices.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, Office).
• Manage user accounts and passwords using AD/Entra ID.
• Log and track incidents in an ITSM system.
• Perform hardware replacements and asset management.
• Escalate complex issues to other teams.
• Deliver excellent customer service and meet SLA targets.
• Document troubleshooting steps and maintain records.
