Bacardi in the Netherlands is hiring an Account Manager On-Trade to lead relationships with influential bars, restaurants and hospitality venues across Noord-Holland. You will bring our iconic spirits portfolio to life, drive brand visibility, and deliver commercial growth with partners.

You'll own partnerships, lead activations and manage budgets with a focus on measurable returns, while collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, finance and digital experts to strengthen Bacardi's

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in sales and on-trade or FMCG is required.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical, planning and time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with active listening.

Responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with key on-trade customers and identify growth opportunities.
• Drive brand visibility through activations and in-venue initiatives.
• Deliver quarterly targets for distribution, activations, visibility and growth.
• Manage contracts and budgets to ensure strong marketing ROI.
• Collaborate with bar owners, venue managers, marketing, finance and digital teams.
• Shape Bacardi's future presence in Noord-Holland.
