Job summary

Yutong Bus & Coach in Vianen, the centre of the Netherlands, is seeking a full-time HR Specialist to manage local HR operations and support business coordination.

The role covers recruitment, employee lifecycle management, payroll, and ensuring compliance with Dutch labor laws, while assisting expatriates with permits and housing. You will also handle office administration, logistics, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in HR, business administration or related
• Fluent in English; fluent Chinese preferred
• At least 3 years HR or admin experience in NL; Chinese overseas enterprise experience preferred
• Familiar with Dutch local labor laws, employment policies and social security rules

Responsibilities

• Manage local HR full-cycle: recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and performance appraisals
• Ensure HR processes comply with Dutch laws; maintain employee records and data
• Assist expatriates with residence permits, registrations and related formalities
• Oversee office leasing, facilities, mail, documents and vehicle management
• Provide daily logistics support for expatriate staff (housing, SIM cards, etc.)
• Coordinate invoices, expenses, marketing activities, and website maintenance
• Follow vehicle import customs clearance, refitting and final delivery arrangements
