Job summary

Vinted is seeking a Country People Partner based in Breda to support the Netherlands and multi-country operations within the VGo Carrier and Fulfilment units. You will be the main People contact for local and remote leaders, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations and compliance with local employment laws.

You will work with Operations, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and Shared Services to manage employee relations, onboarding, documentation, performance processes, and workforce planning, while

Qualifications

• Experience in HR/People Partnering within operations/logistics preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch employment law and HR practices.
• Hands-on with employee relations cases and documentation.
• Experience with Workday and engagement tools like Peakon.
• Ability to explain legal topics clearly to managers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main People contact for leaders across assigned countries with a focus on the Netherlands.
• Provide guidance on employee relations topics, including performance management, disciplinary cases, grievances, and restructurings.
• Independently manage routine employee relations cases and escalate high-risk matters.
• Ensure accurate documentation of People activities and cases.
• Collaborate with Shared Services on onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and Workday updates.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and policies.
• Support organizational changes, restructurings, and redundancy procedures.
• Use analytics to identify insights and support leadership discussions.
• Partner on performance reviews, talent reviews, calibrations, and compensation evaluations.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategies and workforce planning.
• Facilitate local People initiatives, workshops, and projects.
• Act as the primary contact for temporary workforce matters.
