Job summary

Cytiva, Medemblik site, is seeking an HR People Partner Netherlands to own the local associate experience across the Netherlands. This on-site role supports people leaders, aligns global HR standards with local delivery, and drives compliance and culture across the site.

You will partner with HRBPs and COEs, handle employee relations, engagement, and local labor law compliance, and lead site initiatives in a matrixed, global organization.

Qualifications

• Multiple years of experience in Human Resources with responsibility for employee relations and local HR delivery.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws, compliance, and HR governance.
• Experience partnering with business leaders and HR COEs to deliver HR programs.

Responsibilities

• Advise leaders on people-related matters including employee relations, engagement, and culture.
• Translate global HR standards and programs into local delivery.
• Lead local HR initiatives and change efforts on-site in Medemblik.
• Champion a positive, inclusive, and safety-first workplace culture aligned with Cytiva values.
