Qualifications

• 4-7 years of hands-on HR experience in an international setting.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch labor law and Poortwachter procedures.
• Experience with expat onboarding, visas, and 30% ruling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations and personnel administration for ~50 employees.
• Coordinate relocation, expat onboarding, and expat payroll data.
• Prepare monthly payroll data and work with external payroll providers.
• Handle recruitment for HQ and Sales teams, including interviews and offers.
• Ensure sick leave tracking and compliance with Dutch regulations.
