Job summary

Monks is seeking an IT Office Support to maintain smooth in-office IT operations at our Culver City office. You will handle first-line on-site technical issues across macOS and Windows, support Freshservice tickets and Slack inquiries, and manage hardware, software, and meeting room tech to enable productive workdays.

You will join the Global IT Support team focusing on in-office support, asset management, onboarding/offboarding, and collaboration with IT peers.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a customer service, help desk, desktop support, or technical support role.
• Working knowledge of macOS and Windows environments.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Jamf, CrowdStrike, Slack, and Freshservice is strongly preferred.
• Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve common hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Meeting Room Support experience is a plus.
• Excellent English communication and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• User and technical support: act as the primary on-site contact for technical issues.
• Freshservice and Slack support: assist users via tickets and Slack channels; document actions.
• Hardware and software management: install, configure, and maintain in-office tech.
• Office IT operations: ensure functioning meeting room tech and A/V equipment.
• Asset and inventory management: maintain records and ISO documentation.
• Onboarding and offboarding: manage local IT activities for new/ departing employees.
• Team collaboration and documentation: maintain IT procedures and knowledge articles.
• Relationship building: collaborate with Monks stakeholders and IT teammates.
