Job summary

Monks is seeking a Global IT Support Administrator to ensure colleagues can continue creating their work. You will join a global team enabling fast troubleshooting and improved efficiency across regions, with emphasis on EMEA, via our Freshservice system.

The role requires 2+ years in IT support, strong English communication, and solid ticketing-system knowledge. You’ll also support onboarding/offboarding, multi-platform user management, and contribute to IT projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in IT support.
• Good communication skills – both written and verbal (English).
• Excellent knowledge of ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote IT support worldwide with a focus on the EMEA region.
• Handle incoming issues and requests via ticketing system (Freshservice).
• Ensure colleagues across the globe can collaborate effectively to create work for agencies and brands.
• Manage user accounts across multiple platforms, support onboarding and offboarding, contribute to IT projects.
• Drive progress towards global IT goals.
