Job summary

Monks is seeking an IT Office Support Specialist to join the Toronto office and support a global IT team. You will be the in-office contact for technical issues, maintain hardware/AV equipment, and help with onboarding and asset management.

You will also assist across the Global IT team via ticketing system. The role requires 1+ years in a technical support role, strong macOS knowledge, and familiarity with tools like Google Workspace and Freshservice.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a technical support role.
• Mac/macOS knowledge strongly preferred.
• Windows knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with IT asset management and office equipment.
• Familiar with common collaboration tools and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• In-office point of contact for hardware/software issues.
• Install and maintain in-office hardware and AV equipment.
• Troubleshoot, repair, or replace IT equipment as needed.
• Maintain IT policies and documentation.
• Manage in-office meeting room tech and cables.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and new solutions.
• Create/maintain user accounts and passwords.
• Assist Global IT team via FreshService tickets.
