Monks is seeking a Global IT Support Administrator to join our dynamic team. You will provide global IT support with a focus on LATAM, delivering high-quality service through ticketing systems and collaboration tools. The role blends in-office and remote support in a hybrid setup.

You will manage onboarding/offboarding, maintain IT documentation, and ensure asset control while working with a globally distributed team. Fluency in English and independent, proactive problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven IT support experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work independently in a global team environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and ticket handling fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Provide global IT support across the LATAM region via ticketing system.
• Offer in-office IT support at the office up to 5 days a week or case-by-case.
• Perform first-line troubleshooting for IT issues via video or chat.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding of user accounts and devices.
• Audit and maintain IT policies and documentation.
• Track assets and maintain inventory records.
