Job summary

IFS is seeking an IT Operations – IT Support Engineer to join our Den Bosch team. You will provide advanced support across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms, delivering onsite and remote assistance while serving as a macOS escalation point in an enterprise setting.

You will leverage AI-driven applications and workflow automation to accelerate triage and resolution, mentor peers, and contribute to documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong professional IT support experience across remote and onsite roles.
• Deep macOS support in an enterprise environment—deployment, configuration, patching, security, troubleshooting.
• Experience with Jamf Pro, Apple Business Manager and Apple Push Notification service.
• Proficiency in Windows and mobile (iOS/Android) platforms.
• Experience with AI-driven applications and support tools to accelerate triage and resolution.
• Knowledge of workflow automation tools (Power Automate/Power Platform, ServiceNow) to automate tasks.
• Familiarity with ITIL service management and compliance practices.
• Experience supporting a global customer base across time zones.
• Proficient level of English language.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level multi-platform IT support (Windows, macOS, mobile) onsite and remotely.
• Serve as escalation point for macOS issues and enterprise deployment.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain and optimize office IT infrastructure, including video conferencing and shared tech.
• Design and maintain AI-driven workflows to streamline IT tasks.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to documentation and knowledge bases.
• Lead onsite deployments and travel to regional offices as needed.
• Uphold consistent service standards across locations.
