Job summary

Us3 Ltd is seeking an experienced Onsite Support Engineer in Amsterdam to deliver end-user IT support, troubleshoot desktops and mobile devices, and assist infrastructure teams with onsite activities. You will manage Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 apps, Teams Rooms, and AV equipment, perform device enrollment with Intune, and maintain asset records and CMDB.

Qualifications

• Experience providing onsite IT support for Windows laptops/desktops.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 apps, Teams, Outlook and OneDrive.
• Experience with iOS and Android devices.
• Knowledge of Intune or other MDM solutions.
• Experience with Teams Rooms and AV/meeting room tech.
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN/Wi‑Fi/TCP/IP/VPN).
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow or similar).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, upgrade, and replace devices; maintain asset records.

• Perform meeting room checks and executive support as needed.
• Coordinate with AV vendors to resolve issues.
• Provide onsite support to infrastructure, network, security, server teams.
• Perform cable patching, equipment installation, and connectivity checks.
• Manage incidents via ITSM tools with SLA adherence.
• Maintain accurate asset inventory and CMDB records.
• Participate in audits, tech refresh, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote support for Windows laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and application issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Office Suite.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and replace devices; maintain IT asset records.
• Support Apple iPhones, iPads, Android smartphones, and tablets.
• Configure email, Teams, VPN, and mobile applications.
• Manage device enrollment and configuration using Microsoft Intune or other MDM solutions.
• Support Microsoft Teams Rooms and video conferencing equipment, including displays, cameras, microphones, and speakers.
• Perform meeting room checks and provide executive meeting support when required.
• Coordinate with AV vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
• Provide onsite technical assistance to infrastructure, network, security, server, and workplace teams.
• Perform cable patching, equipment installation, device replacement, and connectivity checks.
• Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Maintain accurate asset inventory and CMDB records.
• Participate in site audits, technology refresh projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems and desktop troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive.
• Experience supporting Apple iOS devices and Android smartphones/tablets.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Mobile Device Management (MDM).
• Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms and AV/meeting room technologies.
• Basic networking knowledge, including LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, and VPN.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM/ticketing tools.
• Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, IT asset management, and device lifecycle management.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
