Job summary

Monks is seeking a Global IT Support Administrator to ensure colleagues can continue creating their work. You will join a global team enabling fast troubleshooting and improved efficiency across regions, with emphasis on EMEA, via our Freshservice system.

The role requires 2+ years in IT support, strong English communication, and solid ticketing-system knowledge. You’ll also support onboarding/offboarding, multi-platform user management, and contribute to IT projects.

About the Role

We are looking for a Global IT Support Administrator. Your responsibility is to make sure all your fellow Monks can keep on creating their awesome work. You will do this as part of a global team which specialises in helping our colleagues get back up and running in no time. Additionally, our ideal candidate is a fast and flexible go-getter who jumps on new opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy and productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Together with the global IT support team, you’ll be responsible for delivering remote IT support worldwide, with a particular focus on the EMEA region.

• You’ll handle incoming issues and requests from colleagues, providing troubleshooting and support for IT-related problems, predominantly through our ticketing system, Freshservice.

• You’ll play a key role in ensuring colleagues across the globe can collaborate effectively to create great work for leading agencies and brands.

• This includes managing user accounts across multiple platforms, supporting onboarding and offboarding, and contributing to regional and global IT support projects.

• You’ll also help drive progress towards our wider global IT goals.

About You

The essentials:

• 2+ years of experience in IT support.

• Good communication skills – both written and verbal (English).

• Excellent knowledge of ticketing systems

Not a must, but a plus:

• As an all-round troubleshooter, you can support both Windows and Mac.

• Hands-on experience with MDM platforms, Google Workspace, including Google Admin.

• You can provide application support for all kinds of software packages and are all too familiar with plugins, patches, and drivers.

• A real team player but, at the same time, able to work independently

• Constantly exploring new IT territories, you’re so eager to learn on the job we don’t even have to tell you.
