Job summary

INDG Grip is seeking a hands-on IT generalist to own day-to-day IT operations in our Amsterdam office and across hybrid environments. You will support colleagues in Amsterdam, Romania, remote teams, and partners, handling identity, devices, and access, while driving improvements in IT processes.

Fluency in English is essential; Dutch is a plus. You will troubleshoot, document, and streamline IT workflows to keep production systems reliable for CGI, 3D, and video teams, with a focus on secure,

Qualifications

• You are a hands-on IT generalist who can work across cloud services, local infrastructure, endpoint hardware, and creative production environments.
• You have 2+ years in a comparable IT support or workplace technology role.
• You are fluent in English; Dutch is useful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own support across people, devices, and access for onsite and remote users.
• Build a cleaner hardware and onboarding lifecycle for new joiners.
• Support creative production systems used by CGI, 3D, video, and audio teams.
• Improve IT operations by documenting, updating runbooks, tracking assets, and identifying automation opportunities.
