Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English (both mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional in-person and virtual support to partners.
• Assist with account setup, onboarding, and document verification.
• Resolve issues related to accounts, payments, trips, documents, and app functionality.
• Educate partners on platform policies, processes, and best practices.
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience while maintaining operational excellence.
