Job summary

Horizon3.ai is hiring a Commercial Account Executive to grow the Netherlands market from the Amsterdam hub. You will build relationships with customers and partners, create logo momentum, and expand Horizon3’s reach through proactive selling and market activation.

You should have 4+ years of closing experience in IT or cybersecurity sales, be fluent in Dutch with strong English, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values ownership and impact.

Qualifications

• More than 4 years of closing experience in IT or cybersecurity sales.
• Fluency in Dutch and strong English communication.
• Experience selling in Commercial or mid-market segments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Grow the Commercial business in assigned Netherlands markets through customer engagement and partner collaboration.
• Create new logo momentum and build pipeline tailored to the local market.
• Build and manage opportunities with clear ownership and strong follow-through.
• Collaborate with partners, MSSPs, and internal teams to move the market forward.
• Contribute to partner and territory plans and translate plans into action.
• Represent Horizon3 well with customers and partners.
