Job summary

Horizon3 is hiring a Commercial Account Executive to grow the Commercial business across the DACH region. You will build strong relationships, create new logo momentum, and collaborate with partners and the wider team to expand Horizon3’s reach.

We are looking for experienced sellers who are proactive, thoughtful, and capable of helping markets develop. Travel in-region is part of the role, and the Amsterdam hub serves as the collaborative center for the team.

Qualifications

• More than 4 years of closing experience in IT or cybersecurity sales.
• Experience in Commercial or mid-market sales, ideally in more than one market or in a regionally complex environment.
• Confidence working with partners, distributors, MSSPs, and cross-functional teams.
• Good commercial judgement and the ability to navigate opportunities with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Curiosity, coachability, and a desire to keep learning and improving.
• Native-level fluency in German, plus strong English.

Responsibilities

• Grow the Commercial business in assigned markets through strong customer engagement, partner collaboration, and market execution.
• Create new logo momentum and build pipeline that fits the local market.
• Build and manage opportunities with clear ownership and strong follow-through.
• Work closely with partners, distributors, MSSPs, Enterprise sellers, Partner Managers, and Sales Engineers to help the market work well.
• Contribute to partner and territory plans and turn those plans into action.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Channel, Sales Engineering, Sales Ops, Deal Desk, and leadership to move business forward.
• Provide useful market feedback back into the business.
• Represent Horizon3 well with customers and partners.
• Keep building capability, product knowledge, and commercial effectiveness over time.
