Job summary

Horizon3 is expanding its Commercial team in Amsterdam and across the Nordics, seeking experienced sellers who can build markets, win new logos, and partner with distributors and MSSPs. The role requires strong relationship skills, proactive thinking, and the ability to navigate a scaling business as markets develop.

You will work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment, reporting into the Commercial leadership and contributing to growth in a dynamic, hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of closing experience in IT or cybersecurity sales.
• Experience in commercial or mid-market sales, ideally in multiple markets.
• Strong ability to build relationships with customers, partners and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Grow the Commercial business in assigned markets through customer engagement and partner collaboration.
• Create logo momentum and develop pipeline to fit local market.
• Manage opportunities with clear ownership and strong follow-up.
• Collaborate with partners, MSSPs, distributors, and cross-functional teams to move deals forward.
• Contribute to partner and territory plans and translate plans into action.
