Job summary

Epredia is seeking a Service Support Representative to coordinate pre-sale and post-sale service activities from Breda, NL. You will liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality service across channels and regions.

In this role, you will manage contracts, assist with tenders, and support the technical team. Fluency in German, Italian, and English is required, with a bachelor’s degree and familiarity with SAP/ServiceMax and Salesforce.

Qualifications

Fluency in German, Italian & English (spoken and written) is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
Experience with ERP like SAP or ServiceMax is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM tools, especially Salesforce, is desirable.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for customers and coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service.
Coordinate with Level 2 support to dispatch field service calls and provide admin support to the technical team.
Manage contract billing for parts, labor and travel per contract terms and market conditions.
Prepare and submit responses to service tenders with required documentation.
Keep records clean and aligned with global standards.
Produce reports and metrics to guide service performance and business decisions.
