Job summary

Epredia in Breda is seeking a Service Market Development Representative for Italian and German to drive service revenue by managing enquiries, quotes, contracts, and identifying new business within the territory. You will build relationships with decision-makers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve commercial objectives.

You will travel to customer sites and industry events as needed, leveraging your English, Italian, and German language skills to deliver outstanding service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1+ year of experience in sales or customer service.
• Fluent English and Italian.
• Intermediate, conversational level of German.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry exhibitions as needed.
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries, quotations, and invoicing, service contracts, warranty conversions, and identifying new revenue opportunities within your territory.
• Build strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers, acting as a trusted partner while delivering exceptional service and handling escalations when needed.
• Negotiate service agreements and pricing, support tenders and contract documentation, monitor market and competitor activity, and represent Epredia professionally at every customer interaction.
• Develop and execute territory growth plans, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and proactively engage customers through phone-based sales activities.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Field Service Engineers, Applications Specialists, Marketing, and Service Managers to deliver the best outcomes for customers and the business.
