Job summary

Epredia is recruiting a Customer Care Specialist to support distributors and sales partners from our Breda hybrid site. In this role you will process orders, communicate updates, and manage documentation across Order Management, Logistics and Finance to ensure timely fulfilment.

Fluency in English and German is essential, with strong organizational, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills. SAP knowledge is a plus, and proficiency in additional EU languages is welcome.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and German is required.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret metrics.
• Experience in B2B customer service is preferred.
• SAP experience is a plus; ERP proficiency desired.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor orders from receipt to delivery with status updates.
• Coordinate with Order Management, Logistics, and Finance to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Prepare shipment documents and maintain pro forma invoices and bank warranties.
• Support sales partners with quotes, product information, and documentation requests.
• Build strong relationships with customers, sales partners and internal teams; handle enquiries and complaints per procedures.
