Epredia in Breda, hybrid role, is seeking a Service Market Development Representative for Italian and German; you will drive service revenue by managing inquiries, quotations, contracts, and opportunities within your territory, building strong customer relationships and delivering excellent service.

You will collaborate with Field Service Engineers, Applications Specialists, Marketing and Service Managers to grow the territory, support tenders, monitor market activity, and represent Epredia

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1+ year of experience in sales or customer service.
• Fluent English and Italian.
• Intermediate, conversational level of German.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry exhibitions as needed.
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver consistent results.

Aufgaben

• Manage customer enquiries, quotations and invoicing, service contracts, warranty conversions, and identifying new revenue opportunities within your territory.
• Build strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers, acting as a trusted partner while delivering exceptional service and handling escalations when needed.
• Negotiate service agreements and pricing, support tenders and contract documentation, monitor market and competitor activity, and represent Epredia professionally at every customer interaction.
• Develop and execute territory growth plans, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and proactively engage customers through phone-based sales activities.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Field Service Engineers, Applications Specialists, Marketing, and Service Managers to deliver the best outcomes for customers and the business.
