Job summary

1208 Epredia Netherlands BV is seeking a Service Market Development Representative for Italian and German languages in Breda. This hybrid, full-time role focuses on driving service revenue by handling inquiries, quotes, contracts, and new business opportunities within the territory.

You will build strong customer relationships, support tenders, and collaborate with Field Service Engineers, Marketing, and Service Managers to deliver outstanding customer outcomes while advancing commercial

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1+ year of experience in sales or customer service.
• Fluent English and Italian; intermediate German.
• Strong computer skills: Outlook, Excel, Word.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries, quotations and invoicing, service contracts, warranty conversions, and identify new revenue opportunities within your territory.
• Build relationships with customers and key decision-makers, delivering exceptional service and handling escalations when needed.
• Negotiate service agreements and pricing, support tenders and contract documentation, monitor market activity, and represent Epredia professionally at every interaction.
• Develop territory growth plans, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and engage customers through phone-based sales activities.
• Collaborate with Field Service Engineers, Applications Specialists, Marketing, and Service Managers to deliver optimal customer outcomes.
