Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sales Consultant Surgery for the Southern Netherlands. You will drive sales for surgical technologies, build relationships with surgeons and hospital stakeholders, and translate clinical insights into strategic account plans.

The role emphasizes value-based selling, demonstrations, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate adoption and growth in a dynamic healthcare market.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in a medical, paramedical, life-sciences, technical, commercial, business or comparable field.
• At least three years of sales experience in a relevant industry.
• Demonstrated success in consultative sales, business development or a comparable customer-facing role.
• Ability to manage a territory with autonomy and deliver measurable business results.
• Strong influencing, negotiation, relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent Dutch and strong English, both spoken and written.
• Valid category B driving licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Own territory performance, create a focused business plan and deliver sustainable sales growth.
• Build trusted relationships with surgeons and key clinical stakeholders.
• Identify market potential and translate into segmentation, targeting and priorities.
• Lead value-based selling connecting clinical evidence, workflow and economic value.

• Create customer-focused solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Represent the business at congresses and professional events.
• Deliver excellent service while handling questions and supply issues.
