Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech in the Netherlands seeks a Sales Consultant Surgery to drive growth in the Southern Netherlands. You will build relationships with surgeons, clinicians and operating-room staff, delivering value-based selling and live product demonstrations.

You will manage territory performance, translate insights into plans, and work with cross-functional teams to expand adoption of surgical technologies. A competitive base salary plus a sales incentive plan is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a medical, life-sciences, technical, commercial or related field or equivalent experience.
• At least three years of sales experience in a relevant industry.
• Proven success in consultative sales or business development.
• Ability to manage a territory with autonomy and deliver results.
• Strong influencing and stakeholder-management skills in a matrix environment.
• Comfort communicating technical, clinical and economic value to hospital staff.
• Entrepreneurial, analytical and resilient with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Strategy teams.
• Represent the business at congresses and professional events.
• Deliver excellent service while handling complex questions and issues.
• Ensure all activities comply with Johnson & Johnson policies.
