Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sales Consultant for Orthopaedics in the South West region of the Netherlands. You will provide clinical guidance and training to healthcare professionals on the proper use of medical devices, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support regulatory and market needs.

The role requires 3–5 years of clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting, strong Dutch and English skills, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Medicine or related healthcare discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting.
• Experience with medical devices in a clinical, regulatory, or consulting capacity.
• Orthopedics experience is a must.
• Willingness to travel domestically/internationally.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical insights during the use of medical devices.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for healthcare professionals on the proper use of medical devices.
• Develop educational materials, including user guides, clinical protocols, and best practices.
• Assist in the preparation of clinical documentation for regulatory submissions.
• Provide clinical insights for marketing and sales strategies.
• Participate in customer meetings, demonstrations, and trade shows to showcase product benefits.
• Address customer concerns related to clinical applications and product performance.
