Johnson & Johnson in the Netherlands seeks a MedTech Sales professional for Clinical Sales – Surgeons (Commission). You will own territory performance, build relationships with surgeons and key clinical stakeholders, and drive adoption of innovative surgical solutions.

The role offers a competitive fixed salary plus a sales incentive, international exposure, and growth opportunities within a global healthcare company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in medical, life-sciences, technical, or commercial field.
• At least three years of sales experience in a relevant industry.
• Demonstrated success in consultative sales or business development.
• Ability to manage a territory with autonomy and deliver results.
• Fluent Dutch and strong English, both spoken and written.

Responsabilités

• Own territory performance and deliver sustainable sales growth.
• Build trusted relationships with surgeons and operating-room leaders.
• Identify market potential and translate into segmentation and priorities.
• Lead value-based selling connecting clinical evidence with economic value.
• Drive product demonstrations and hands-on training in surgical environments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Strategy teams.
