Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in the Netherlands seeks a Sales Consultant for Orthopaedics to support the South West region. The role focuses on clinical guidance, training, and education of healthcare professionals to optimize device usage and outcomes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, regulatory, sales, and marketing, and help drive adoption of DePuy Synthes orthopaedic solutions across hospitals and surgical centers in your territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Medicine, or related healthcare discipline.
• 3–5 years of clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting.
• Experience working with medical devices in a clinical, regulatory, or consulting capacity.
• Prior training/education experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical insights during the use of medical devices.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for healthcare professionals on the proper use of medical devices.
• Develop educational materials, including user guides, clinical protocols, and best practices.
• Assist in the preparation of clinical documentation for regulatory submissions.
• Provide clinical insights for marketing and sales strategies.
• Participate in customer meetings, demonstrations, and trade shows to showcase product benefits.
• Address customer concerns related to clinical applications and product performance.
