Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Surgery in the Southern Netherlands seeks a Sales Consultant Surgery to drive adoption of our surgical and interventional solutions among surgeons and hospital staff. You will build deep relationships, demonstrate value, and help shape patient outcomes across a dynamic regional team.

In this field-based role, you will communicate clinical and economic value, deliver product demonstrations, and work with cross-functional colleagues to grow the business while upholding compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with surgeons, nurses, operating-room teams and other hospital stakeholders.
• Learn the clinical application and value of our medical devices, then communicate this clearly and credibly to customers.
• Support sales growth by identifying customer needs, opportunities and potential new accounts within your territory.
• Plan and deliver product demonstrations, hands-on training and educational sessions in hospital environments.
• Contribute to account plans and value-based selling projects that demonstrate both clinical and economic value.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Business Development and Strategic Account colleagues.
• Use market and customer insights to adapt activities, prioritize opportunities and improve commercial performance.
• Participate in congresses, user meetings and customer events.
• Provide responsive customer support and handle questions or issues in a professional and compliant way.
• Work in line with Johnson & Johnson policies and Healthcare Compliance requirements.
