Qualifications

• Final phase of a relevant master's degree (e.g., Strategic Product Design, Design for Interaction, Industrial Design)
• Enrollment at a Dutch university required
• Based in the Netherlands and fluent in English
• Hybrid internship with start date in January 2026

Responsibilities

• Learn to manage an end-to-end service design project in practice.
• Research learning and development journeys across career levels.
• Translate insights into a final concept or design direction.
• Create journey maps or service blueprints showing connections between people, processes, and technology.
• Develop, prototype and test services, tools or experience concepts for learning and development.
